More Photos From The Model Casting

These are some more of the photos that were taken on the day of the Model Casting.

Photos are taken like this so model casters can look back and put a face to the models name and details.

Sometimes there are a lot of models that attend castings, and this way they can be contacted relating back to their photo. 

Some of the models shown here will be taking part in the upcoming Fashion Show, but unfortunately I did not find enough models at this casting so will have to contact some more modelling agencies around the Hampshire area, to look for models who are looking for experience and are suitable and free for this show.

All models have agreed to their photos being used.

Press Release Photos

Had a few complications this week, been back and forth about all the little details that have been going on in my head, but hopefully they will all get sorted out in the next couple of weeks leading up to the show.

Still got a few things left to do before the show, but the company I mentioned in the last post is  I Candy Bouquets!! and they have some great items!! have a look!!

I was also asked by the publicity team at the hospital to provide some photos for them to include in the press release. So I was asked to take photos with both the posters and with a piece of clothing to emphasise the fact that it IS a FASHION SHOW!

I have included a couple of the photos that I sent off , and when I have it will include the Press Release.

Still Lots to do .... But lots has been done!

Had a lot of response to people wanting to help out with the roles of runners and dressers for the show, but Im still looking for models!! Got a few now and there great but I still need a couple more!!

Ive also had photographer Adrian Lambert contact me and offer to provide his services for the show, which is amazing !! His work is just beautiful and he has offered to take both publicity photos of the show, and to also have a mobile studio at the evening, for guests to have fun portraiture photos taken of themselves, and a percentage of each print that is sold will be donated to the charity!! This will be an extra added bonus to the evening and I would Like to thanks Adrian for getting in touch and being so generous!

Ive also had a lot of positive response to the post I added on to Stall holder.com, I found a beautiful company that does amazing bouquets of candy and chocolate. It really is clever and looks very tasty! I will confirm on here the website, once I have confirmation from the stallholder! I think you will be pleasantly surprised...

I also have a jewellery/scarf/bag stall confirmed and will try and put all details up as soon as I know them!!

The stall room is filling up nicely and I just hope it is an extra experience that people will enjoy throughout the evening :)

I want this evening to special for everyone who is involved and really hope it goes well!!

Posters are done!!

So Today, I visited Bournemouth hospital and the Jigsaw charity again so that I could drop off the finished tickets to them so they can start selling them.

Personally I think the tickets and the posters look great and posters should start going up next week!! 

Were hoping to get all 150 tickets sold and I think that we can definitely do it!!

There so hopeful in there and really hope this event goes well for me, and are making sure I keep on track with things, Ive got a lot of work left to go still but I think Im on the track to a successful event!

I want this night to go well, not just for me because I think the charity deserve it and the nurses deserve to enjoy one night dedicated to all the help they give.

Seriously 43 days?!?! Is that all?

43 DAYS!!! Is all there is to go until the show!! Can you believe it?

Time has flown by incredibly fast and its daunting on me just how close the show is getting!!

But some great news I got yesterday, Simon Clarke the radio DJ from Wave 105 has agreed to host and be the DJ for the show!! 

Its amazing, and I am so happy about it :D , He will be a great host and is a great personality to bring to the show!

I also got a confirmation from Devernois in Bedford Place Southampton that they will also be a retailer for the show, I'm still looking for a couple more retailers for the show, but its getting closer and closer and no one else seems to want to help :( 

For the final collection I want a retailer that sells really beautiful evening dresses, so that the nurses can have a really lovely ending to the show, I feel like I have contacted every retailer in the Hampshire area and not one of them wants to help me out!!

Tomorrow, I will be dropping off the tickets to the Jigsaw Appeal Charity and hopefully the selling will get started!! 

YAY!!

Model Casting!!

These are a few photos from the model casting that took part at RE:SO today in the Marlands Centre! 

We had a few great people come along today and I will definitely be in contact with them in the next few days to ask them to be a part of the show.

The girls were incredibly prepared for all of the models arrival and I was so grateful as I had not thought about all the details I would need to get from the models!

We were set up behind a table with all the forms the models needed to fill out along with name cards for them to hold while getting their photos taken in the other corner of the studio. The models also had a corner for themselves to fill out their forms and have some refreshments.

After all the photos of the models were taken we then asked them to walk for us, as they would do if they were on a catwalk.

All Models have agreed for photos to be used.
